Terms of Use

1. Who can use HeyBibi

You must be 18 or older, and legally allowed to use the app where you live. You agree to give accurate information, keep your account secure, and use only one account per person unless we say otherwise.

2. How to behave

Be respectful. You may not:

• post or share anything involving anyone under 18, or any content that is illegal;
• harass, threaten, hate on, stalk or impersonate anyone, or share someone's private information or photos without consent;
• post sexually explicit photos publicly (profile photos, gallery photos, event photos and group photos must be non-explicit). Consensual adult content is allowed only in private one-to-one chats, and never without the other person's consent;
• sell things, advertise, spam, scam, or solicit payment;
• use the app to arrange or promote anything illegal;
• scrape data, reverse engineer the app, or evade bans, limits or safety checks.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store, display and deliver it so the service works, and to scan it for safety. You are responsible for what you share. Other members can screenshot or save what you send; the app blocks screenshots on your device but cannot stop someone photographing a screen.

4. Safety

We use automated checks and human review to remove content and accounts that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities as the law requires. We cannot screen everyone. Meeting people in person carries risk. Use judgment, meet in public first, tell a friend, and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. We are not responsible for what members do or for meetings that result from the app.

5. Events

Events are created by members. We do not organize or endorse them and are not responsible for them. Hosts are responsible for the events they create and for complying with local law.

6. Translation

Translations are automatic and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for anything important. Free accounts can translate one chat at a time; more may require a paid plan.

7. Paid plans

We may offer paid subscriptions. If we do, prices, billing and cancellation will be shown at purchase and handled by Apple or Google.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Some records are kept as the law requires.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other members, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you and we consent to those courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the place where you live that this section does not remove.
